Shipping Policy updates

At Switch Couture, we remain committed to bringing you the best available options for shipping, as a result, we are going to be overhauling our shipping process to open up more choices for shipping at checkout.  Currently due to the Covide 19 situation, the USPS has proven to be less reliable and is experiencing delays greater than normal. Ill also be working to make shipping estimates more accurate as my current settings only allow for one size package as a standard for all items shipped, as a result, increased shipping costs may be adjusted when orders are shipped with refunds given on the difference based on actual cost and location of the delivery. 

SwitchCouture.com is not responsible for damaged, lost or stolen packages, this is outside of our control.  In the event a package is lost, stolen, or damaged, please contact us so we can everything in our power to resolve the situation.  

SwitchCouture.com ships only to addresses provided by clients.  In the event there is an issue with your address, or an item is sent to an incorrect address, SwitchCouture.com cannot be held responsible, we simply do not have control over the addresses provided by our customers.

International shipping is available, however, we do not have control over the recipient countries postal system, once items have been handed off to another country, that country is responsible for final delivery, any issues with final delivery are the responsibility of the respective countries postal service and we cannot be held liable for any issues regarding lost, stolen, damaged or missing packages.
